Mohammed Fahim is the Co-Founder at OTB and brings over 17 years of experience and leadership to the board. Although sales and business development has been Fahim’s core strength, he also heads the technology stream within the organisation. Fahim has a passion for long drives and holds a personal record of driving 18 hours at a stretch. He is a great father and husband while he is not busy acquiring new clients.


SUNLEY PHILIPCo-Founder & Partner - North Americas

Sunley Philip is the Co-Founder & Partner of our North Americas office. Over 16 years of experience in operational and leadership roles, Sunley adds great value to these verticals within our organisation. He also heads the sales within North Americas mainly Canada. Sunley loves out door camping and enjoys ice fishing. When he’s not busy working, Sunley most often finds himself in the quiet of a fishing camp.


SACHIN LEUMASSr. Manager Customer Success – Global Services

Sachin Initiated the Customer Success responsibilities within our new Ontario office and has built the team from the ground up. With over 15 years of global support and customer success management experience, his initiatives have helped set the pace and momentum of the professional services department. Sachin loves identifying new business verticals and over the weekends, traveling and exploring new places. He enjoys the diversity of Canada’s landscape and culture.
